Instructions were provided by Mr. Love to recommend officers for the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Love agreed to accept a predetermined slate of officers from Member Saundra Taylor. The request was granted only by a vocal vote of no members opposed. At the call of the announcement of each office there were no additional nominations.
